@esmann2 Hm. Where to start. Developed countries have Animal Welfare laws. Which is VERY different to the Animal Rights movement. The two are not the same.
Plenty of Elephants have been "tamed" cruelly since they were brought over for circuses and public attractions in all developed countries. This is a secret to no one - Plenty of undercover footage shows the abuses.
3) Have you never seen the graphic footage of what happened to past elephants that got loose in America? Hint. Shot dead.

@MrSockoOck Could you please site your sources? Where do elephants run freely in England ? Developed countries have something called 'Animal Rights,' which some developing countries have not yet recognized. In most villages such as in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, they 'tame' their elephants like this:

(Most people don't want to shoot their elephants anyways because it will cause poor business, so don't say that develop countries just shoot rampaging elephants)

The elephant did a great job on that vehicle. I wonder if those idiots learned that throwing rocks at an elephants head isn't the best first choice in trying to calm the animal down. Three cheers for the elephant !!

If you are American, British or w.e, don't judge these men.
In America this elephant would have slowly and painfully been killed by hundreds of American Police Officer small caliber handgun bullets.
In this video - they let the Animal rampage without even hitting it with a dart gun. They handled this much more humanely than it would have been handled in America, Britain or almost any other "developed" world country.
