I'm curious, because if she didn't, it would mean that Tails got more action than Shadow. But I find that to be very unlikely...

sure, they both saved rouge(as in they, i mean knuckles and shadow)

but tails is the only one who can fly like rouge

p.s. in the end of sonic adventure 2 battle credits for the ending? sonic gives rouge like, the rings you find in the stages
