i really hope we dont have a 'lolarts' movements.
Its just like taking pre existing art forms, pop art, surrealism and turning it into cats with quotes, its more like one of those gimmicky things where you have homer simpson instead of Marlyn Monroe in that famous Andy Warhol picture (dont know the name, just the one where its lots of images of her face in different colours).
Something a teenager would put up a poster of on their wall.

I don't care what anyone says. LOLcats are hilarious, end of story.
There's no need to argue over it. Either you find the humour of them amausing, or you don't. And get over it.
Either way, it's good that this art show raised money for adult literacy. :)

Rich? O rly? I'll take unfunny, I'll even take snob, as those are both matters of perception, but you have no foundation to assume that because they're showing art in a gallery show they're rich. Also, lolcats are hilarious and lolart make perfect sense to me. In short, criticism, yr doing ir rong :P

On 11/11/08, the video appears to have been the target of a "rage attack" (don't know how else to call it), as the video had about 50 ratings at an average of 4.5/5 stars before today and now has about 90 ratings at an average of 3.5/5 stars as the day draws to a close, not to mention a barrage of hateful comments against the video, some of them so profane and vulgar that they sounded borderline evil and were swiftly deleted for posterity of the video.

To whoever is posting so many messages of appalling vulgarity with respect to this video, I will not allow such inappropriate use of language to be associated with this video, and I will delete those comments without question. Please stop.
