In Memoriam - Damien

Our beloved cat "Damien" was diagnosed with "megacolon". His bowel movements where almost nonexistent and none of the treatments including medications, laxatives and enemas worked. The only option left was a very expensive surgery involving a long recovery with no garantee to work.

We made the very painful choice of having him put down to prevent him from more suffering. I made this tribute to share the memories.

Very sad, especially that he was so young. It must have been difficult to be faced with expensive surgery with no guarantees.

It is amazing how much we love these wonderful cats and how much it hurts when they leave us. My tabby passed away in 97 and it still hurts. I feel your pain.
