A Tactical / Capability Display From the RNZAF during the Open Day at Whenuapai Airbase 2007.

UH-1H Hueys Come in and drop troops, circling and then providing cover for a short landing by the C-130 Hercules.
A Pinzgauer Drives out of the herc and the hueys set off.

Turning into a rescue scenario a P3K Orion drops a package, and a Seasprite Helicopter Winches a man to saftey.

yes ive had a lot of requests for footage of how the pilots recover the aircraft. This year however (sometime in march) and depending on what the 757 will do this year in its display i hope to film the climb and recovery. All i can describe from what i saw was that he slowley banked, turning right and sort of leveld out before continuing.

Interesting - i didn't yet find a video showing how the vertical climb of that 757 ends. I wanna know if the pilot nooses over (stick foward, G < +1) or if he makes like an Immelmann (pulling up until the airplane is upside-down and then roll back up)...
