1.a. Get MTA SA ( http://www.mtasa.com/ )
2. Install MTA SA
3. Run MTA SA
4. Click Quick Connect
5. IP: 72.213.163.193
6. Port: 1337
7. Join
8. Play and have fun

My cars show up in my MTA server but not the cleo mods. I think only SAMI works. Im gonna have to try it.

dude start mta 1.1 and search stunt. choose stunt beta and you can do this to...

no cleo mods for mta. gta sa and mta are not the same games!

How did you make CLEO scripts working in MTA? It's not working for me though. It only works with SA-MP and Single-player.
