you see mexican guys doin this all the time hanging over bridges in brooklyn.. except they just use an old beer can to wrap the fishing line around..

Don't let this guy fool you folks. Only person I have ever gone fishing with and got tired of catching fish. He makes it look easy and it might not always be so. However I am going to make one of those kits. Thanks for the idea.
