I saw a day in the life of hal gill on NHL network. He seems like a super nice guy and a family man. Good guy i got nothing against him.

He started to breakdown there at the end when he got asked about who he would share the Stanley Cup experience with. Great guy, good leader.
For all those people that think he isn't a great shutdown D'man. Look at what happened to us in the playoffs and regular season without Gill. If it wasn't for our high powered forwards the Pens wouldn't have made it out of the first round vs Ottawa.
Miss you Hal. Good luck, but not against us. GO PENS!!!!!!!!
