Mama talks about her Mammaw's sickness, and her own illness.

UPDATE: Mam'maw passed on from this life in late April of 2010. She was 93 years old and passed away peacefully in her sleep. Thanks to everybody who sent well wishes. Mom appreciates each one of them.

  • I really miss you videos sorry about the passing of your mom

  • @mindbreaker21601 I passed along your message and Mom thanks you for your support and your condolences on Mam'maw passing. I'll eventually get around to doing some more videos, I just got very involved in trying to get a job and finally getting one, which keeps me very busy. I'm sure we'll do something for Thanksgiving this year, and I'll get it up on the channel as soon as I can.

  • God bless her for caring for her mom. my granny is in a home with alzhemiers.we could not handle her she became violent.she doesnt know us :(

  • thank you for your kind comment. I can't imagine what life would be like if Mam'maw was violent towards Mom, like some Alzheimer's patients are, but I know Mom would still try to take care of her like she does now. I think Mom feels that Mam'maw took so good care of her for so long that she owes her.

  • Your mother is a beautiful person! It's nice to see the real people from here. Strong, hardworking, caring, loving, unashamed, beautiful people. Not everybody has such a loving daughter to care for them in their old age. Your family is so much like my family. Keep them coming.

I especially love the part where she says "I am a Christian". I have watched this several times and it just thrills me each time I hear her say it. What a wonderful way to witness to others, just by being herself.
