Frightening Poltergeist Activity; Caught On Tape

This is the first footage of this kind that I have encountered. NOTE: this was not recorded in my house, it was recorded at a friends house last fall. This was a particularly violent manifestation, which I am told is uncommon. Filming was incredibly stressful and frightening. I do not endorse taping or provoking this kind of prenatural behavior, as angry spirits can be dangerous when aggravated.
My apologies for the poor sound quality. the voices in the video are of myself and my friend, Jon.

Dude in between 0:36 and 0:37 look at the picture where u see the persons reflection... something else is there its lk a white circle in the middle of the picture.
