dude, things to remember, dont beat yourself up when you stumble during your program, it takes a long time, along time! to just tone, do less weight with more reps, cardio is great running-elypticals-steps and even dancing to your favorite music with help burn calories.
oh one more thing, always appreciate your body how it is now, it can always be better and can always be worse. stay off of softdrinks and drink tons of water.

If you want to lose replace fat with muscle mass, you gotta eat lots of protein.

um do skip rope for losing weight and fat. Thing is intense cardio also loses muscle mass. So then u eat eggs or raw eggs or meat and then u do more weight training or strength training in order to gain muscle more than ur losing.
