The girl is what SIX years old??? The stupid parents should be watching her regardless of what they've "taught" her. For christs sake, it doesn't really matter if the girl knows not to go with him if he can simply pick her up and carry her away. 8-B

He isnt meant to be: its to demonstrate to parents how trusting and vulnerable children are that they will happily go with a stranger. Its a warning for parents to be more vigilant.
