@nessajade1434 The minimum amount of calories for a woman per day more or less is 1000 (+ - 1200 for men). You shouldn't eat less than that or your body goes into "starvation" mode, meaning that your body holds on to the little 500 calorie amount of food that you've given it. Find out what is the minimum amount of calories you should ingest for your age and weight and don't go under it. Stick to that and the fat will melt off your booty in no time :)

The only time I got abs and lost fat was from doing heavy leg press and bench press on a regular basis every week. I later went to a 4 day lifting schedule. Cardio feels horrible, I think it's a guilt exercise, not a productive one.

cardio is good for jiu jitsu and running from zombies

@nessajade1434 you eat 500 calories in a whole day? Yeah right. That's way too low, you wouldn't have the energy to do cardio or HIIT by eating that little. If you do, then most likely your body is burning lean muscle tissue just to survive.

@nessajade1434 500 calories is not enough, wow that's so low...you want flat stomach you need to do your ab routine for no less than 20mins, trust me I know, I've got serious abs, and I always do my abs for about that long, a lot of people do abs for 5 mins at the end of their session and go home and then expect to see results, thats not gonna do it, you need to really work them.
I do cardio and hiit training I eat a clean diet..But can't seem to loose the last bit of boddy fat on my stomach about 10 to bs i would say what shout i do?

@nessajade1434 The last 10lbs of body fat is the hardest to lose, but the answer is very simple: eat less or exercise more, or a combination of eating less and exercising more. Your current diet and exercise routine was enough to make you to lose x lbs. of body fat, but at a certain point you will reach your maintenance level of calories, and that's where you're at right now. So if you want to lose more weight, you need to reduce your calories and/or increase your activity.

@modeathletics Not challenging your expertise here but you should have asked her how much calories she's on, she said in earlier posts, 500, she surely cannot reduce her intake, what she needs is to increase workload, change routine etc.

@London2ATL I offered her two suggestions, and increasing the workload was one of them.
