@Shamaster56 No. The major scales are C (no sharps or flats or all natural) F major (1 flat) B flat major (2 flats) E flat major (3 flats) and so forth. Same for the sharps. Minor scales are 7 degrees up from a major scale. if you look on a piano, a major scale is wholestep wholestep wholestep halfstep wholestep wholestep halfstep. I hope you understand it a little better :)

I don't see how locking the trombone has anything to do with the B flat scale.
