The song is originally from the Discovery album.

This video is a sequence from the movie Interstella 555, which was a cooperation after the album was produced between Daft Punk and Toei Animation.

Also, Kanye's Stronger is in no way a better job; it's a totally different song. It just samples this song...sort of. It's like saying American Badass is a version of Sad But True because Kid Rock sampled it. (Sampled it pretty well entirely, but that aside...)
