To be honest it depends what you mean by "improvement". You've put on some size but I wouldn't say you are any more toned, so I don't know what answer you want. But the older video's are of an incredible body so thats no bad thing. looking awesome man

well that's what im working on right now, I want to add more size and after a month or so I will start doing cardio to look more toned.
