Buncombe County Board of Adjustment held public hearings to consider the following applications: Danny Whitted has applied for a variance from §78‐642. Dimensional Requirements (setbacks) of the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County to site single family homes on tax lot PINs 9608‐ 70‐2450 (3 Knotty Alder Court), 9608‐70‐2355 (5 Knotty Alder Court), 9608‐70‐2340 (9 Knotty Alder Court), 9608‐70‐3359 (4 Knotty Alder Court), and 9608‐70‐4308 (6 Knotty Alder Court); and
Lucy Crown, AICP has applied on behalf of Buncombe County Parks, Greenways, and Recreation Services for a conditional use permit to site a nature preserve pursuant to §78‐677 of the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County on tax lot PIN 9654‐69‐6270 (at the end of Rhododendron Drive).
