TThere is a reason why it never came over here. I imported it way back in the day and I can attest that is CRAP. If you really want it you an DL it for PSP in the PSN store.

works perfectly for me, your rom files may be corrupted or MAME isn't set up properly.
also you can buy or download the Playstation version, works fine with ePSXe.
