i hear you. i transitioned with wigs and i never bought into the hype like the girl you mentioned in your vid - they basically helped me hide my broken relaxed ends while i transitioned, but now that i am fully natural, i don't wear them. i never took a stand "against" them, but i want to wear my natural hair, and let others know that it's not something that i want to hide or "make more manageable." education is 90% exposure, and being a diva with dope natural hair is educational. :-)

i understand what you are saying. I am not really against fake hair, but it's just not me, now and again i think about getting braids extensions, but last time i did, it only lasted a week, i much prefer my own hair! :)

I completely agree with you.... I am so over fake hair. I've never had a weave but I'm tired of the braiding. But for me braiding has helped me to really retain length I can't wait until my real hair grows out so I can rock styles where the ends are tucked. And pack away the braids forever. Wish there were more videos addressing this issue.

I agree with you 100%. I can't go on board with the use of extensions and weaves. I can be using that money to take better care of my own hair. Also, I agree on making our type of hair visible, and you can't do that when you are wearing someone else's hair.
