NOTHING that the cops in DC do surprises me anymore and these were Metro Transit police!!! I read that he was "resisting arrest" on Washington Post website....Really? Yall yanked the man out the wheelchair and slammed the dudes face down on the ground...These Metro transit cops might as well have been the cops from 3rd District that police that area...1 in the same....Shame
