This is World Class Inline Alpine Skating. One scene from Nagold event, organized by DSV (German Ski Fed) on June 19th, 2010. Very aggressive and fast down hill skating in rain condition. Can't not be seen in Japan.

Most of them are 100x4 or 110x4, high cut boots like Powerslide C8 or R4.

@w53rdstreet , I dont know about the frames size but there is 2 pairs of blades holding 5 wheels each and not four (you can see it if you pay attention to the video). The boots is really high cut but this amazing control is due to special wheels for each contition but doesn't exceed 90mm each. Wheels with 100mm or 110mm diameter is only for speed skating. There is a video at youtube describing the wheel specification for this kind of sport.

This is an impressive display of control, especially given the wet conditions. I skate recreationally but I would have been on my butt 50 times attempting this.
