Should you be allowed to recline your seat on an air plane?

You know that feeling - you get on a board - squeeze into your seat - your knees scraping the chair in front.

The plane takes off... and just as the captain switches off the seat belt sign - the sleepy traveller in front - hits the button and reclines back into the precious inches of space you have for the next couple of hours.

So what do you think? Is it time to ban reclining seats on planes?
