As the Republican Whip, he is the second-ranking member of the Senate Republican Leadership and responsible for building support on key issues. He serves on the Senate's Finance Committee, where he is the ranking Republican on the Subcommittee on Taxation and IRS Oversight, and on the Judiciary Committee, where he is the ranking Republican on the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security.

  • It seems he can't get anyone in his campaign to do what he wants, so, why should we expect his govt. will run any better. The maverick with mavericks as his sidekicks. Sounds like a winning strategy... sorta like his campaign.

...Sarcasm for those who don't recognize it.

  • It's never going to happen, so why talk about it hehe

  • This guy sure talks a lot without saying much.

  • Zbigniew Brzezinski began arming the mujaheddin during the Carter Administration, that is, before Regean.

  • Agreed. The Reagan administration also helped to create and augment many of the foreign policy issues that Americans encounter today, especially through the funding/armament of terrorist regimes, including but not limited to the Taliban.

  • Let McBush govern some warm milk and go to bed!

  • this guy sounds just as vague as mccain.

  • No...The Roosevelt Administration was the most successful...Reganomics set the stage for our current economic disaster. Reganomics benefitted the super wealthy at the expense of the middle class.

  • He has run his campaign the same way.
