It's groovin, but NECK is supposed to be a crunch tune. SU, JSU, ASU, SCSU, and TnSU have the best arrangements of this song.

@knighttrain07.... I apologize for the long delay for knowlege I'm about to put on you. I have witnessd PV in action serval times (I live only 45 minutes away from the university) and they are awful on the field. Now you check out the 2011 MEAC/SWAC Challenge and the nice and polite Ass Whipping Bethune Cookman put on them; and Oh yes, Southern has gotten some too back in 06. Combine them both together and they'll never be able to hold up against the PRIDE, blind folded.

@wildcat77 Plz grow up to compare any band to a marching in swac is dumb swac bands are all about putting on a show look up pvamu marching storm or a band worth looking at jus becuz they dont play every damn song like a concert piece or sound like a choir everytime they sing something like bcu doesnt mean they suck su and pvamu wopuld eat that shit all day long

@Southern70805 I commend you all on gaining that title from a voting poll; and to answer your question, it was out of respect. Know and understand this well, The Marching Wildcats are the most polished, articulate, and disciplined band amoungst HBCU's; especially when it comes to any band in the SWAC.... which is by the way is so so WACK.

@wildcat77 Is that why so many of BC band members came over to listen to the "H. J." after the game? It's 2011 and SU is where it was in 2006...the #1 HBCU Band in America!!!

@ken102008 no they arenot and you cant even compare southern to BCU they have a totaly different sound if you havent noticed that duh. you must be some fan that doesnot know what to listen for in a band. meac bands always put quality over quanity thats why they are so much cleaner and i bet that BCU has more people they band that can read music than southern does
