Legs are a very essential (if not THE most essential) muscle group to workout. They are the only muscle group that when worked release a substantial amount of testosterone, which in turn will help you build more muscularity, strength and an overall better physique.
In this demonstration we teach you how to preform a sumo barbell squat, sumo deadlift, and a sumo dumbbell deadlift.
These exercises help isolate the quadriceps particularly the inner quads.
