Following two successful Aquadrop EP's and host of genre chart topping singles, Aquadrop now presents his debut LP, Aurora Borealis. Mixing the wobbly 2-Step he's become renowned for along with rolling electronic anthems and dubby down tempo instrumentals, Aurora Borealis is an insight into Aquadrop's thoughts and productions that could never be expressed over a select few single releases.
Born in Milan under the name Aron Airaghi, the Italian 2-Step producer has gone on to receive support from the likes of El-B, Starkey, B. Rich, Swan-E, Doctor P, MT Eden, Ben & Lex amongst others. Also featuring on radio stations including BBC Radio 1, Sub.fm, Dubstep.fm and gaining coverage in publications from Kmag to The Wire, Rhythm Incursions and blogs the world over. His debut single shot to the top echelons of Juno's download chart, as has every single one of his released since, and as a result Aquadrop has continued to release with and remix for some of the most forward thinking labels. All the while gaining praise for his unique and innovative productions.
