Do you guys offer High intensity training? The type of training that the body builder Mike Mentzer talks about in his books & videos. He claims you can work out every 4 to 7 day for only 15 to 20 minutes & build a strong & hard body. If this type or training technique is valid I wouldnt mind joining your gym and training this way.

We have many different training styles depending on the clients goals and objectives. Our Training Sessions are 1 hour in length as we feel this is the proper amount of time to receive an effective workout without over training or undertraining. We have been in the business since 1998 with many success stories, and collectively with our staff we have decades of training experience.
