A man squats 405lbs for 22 reps.....

I was going for 20 reps here, but I thought I'd get two more since I had it in me. A lot of people are saying that I didn't go low enough, they are probably right. It felt like I was parallel, but most of the geeks who are bagging on me couldn't do one rep with that weight for a half squat. So I'm not bothered.

  • @xxDECE1Txx Last time I saw a comment like this, I went to the kids videos and he had 500 pounds on some weird squat machine, and did partial squats with a ROM of about 4 inches. Just saying.

  • Nice Job :) I just did 405lbs squat x 12 reps after doing 315lbs x 12 reps and 225lbs x 12 reps. I'm 260lbs and all natural. To all the skinny nerds - try professing form to pro bodybuilders that have limited range of motion in their legs/arms? you'll get slapped. Intensity gives u size, not form.
