Sarah Dunne filmed a scene for the "Dark Knight" where she was introduced as Harley Quinn the psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum that was going to be the final scene in the movie until Christopher Nolan cut it out after Heath's passing. They left the scene in the movie where she was dating the mob guy and this would have explained how the joker knew so much about the mob and where they kept their money.
