He's lying, the car has to be running to qualify, which makes the program even worse, besides the fact that the cars will be destroyed so no poor people can have them, and they will be made into new pieces of shit which uses up more resources than just driving your old car, and to pay for this program, they will just print off more money and tax us higher, making the economy even worse. And now no one who drives an older car will be able to find parts!This program is just all around bad!

I could have sworn the cash for clunkers rules for the dealership to be reimbursed from the gov't was that it had to be driven there and had to have had insurance on it for the past year. push pull or drag, yeah right. that dealer is probably shut down from bankruptcy now since half of their cars didn't qualify and they lost $4500 x who knows how many.
