Kizlyar Strazh

Strazh (Sentry) was originally made by order of the Russian FSB (Federal Police) and is widely used by the undercover field officers especially as a back up weapon. This knife is small, but extremely tough and practical.The shape of the blade is a cross between a double edge dagger and a small utility knife. The blade is double edged with serration on the spine edge. The oversized guard is comfortable on the hand and insures a safe grip. The Elastron G handle is moulded over the full tang blade and is far more durable against heat. Although, primarily designed as a combat knife, the Strazh is a great tool for hunters, especially if you are into medium game hunting. The knives short blade and good belly makes this knife a great skinner.
