235 Van Buren's crown jewel: Inside a duplex penthouse

Unit 4610 at 235 Van Buren is a one-of-a-kind condo. The 2,272 square-foot home is the tower's only duplex unit, and it's the only home with a 1,400 square-foot terrace and two balconies. In early March 2010, Joe Askins of YoChicago.com and Scott Hoskins of CMK Realty toured the unit during a walk-through of several 235 Van Buren penthouses.

Market's not great, but not that bad. In Chicago $5M will get you a much, much larger place.
