Stupid Evil Governments. LEGALIZE DRUGS NOW, OR AT LEAST DECRIMINALIZE THEM. It will eliminate the black market and drug dealer/gang violence. People could receive addiction treatment faster and more complete. It is known that when and where drugs are legal and mainstream the use actually goes down because it no longer becomes "cool" or taboo. The Drugs would be clean and less toxic/safer if it was regulated and produced as a professional grade pharmaceutical.

Anyone who uses drugs are partially responsible for this, including the destruction it does to communities, so when you snort the next line think about who has died just to deliver you some smack. The reason it is illegal is simple, because it is the wrong thing to do to a human body (it's damaging) and it's addictive. Laws are for people who apparently can't see beyond their own selfish wants.

@mrjforall - I didn't mean that they would commit suicide, I meant that they WILL most likely die, which is a good thing. However, it's the "collateral damage" innocent citizens who are getting killed. Whether it's the cartels making a point by murdering families of law enforcement or judges, or people just getting mowed down in the crossfire, it's horrible. I can't even imagine the fear these poor people must feel on a daily basis. Horrible situation. :(
