1) Beating women and raping children is legalized in the U.S. through "unspoken" policies enacted through state agencies and courts.
2) They don't know what a real family is, hence they laugh at a Mother - pure ignorance, like dogs. The war on women and children starts in the U.S. It's in full force.

You tagged this video with US, military, mildenhall, USAF, Iraq, and torture. How do you know these are US personnel? What does Mildenhall have to do with this? Or the USAF for that matter? Also, there isn't the slightest indication of torture. Is that woman the captives wife? Couldn't be a sister or mother or unrelated? If you can tell, than translate. Otherwise, I see nothing but an exaggerated description of a video that could very well be a training scenario. Credibility = 0.
