Lol it was in last year i did the same battle and it was me vs 2 computers i think was in normal or hard. I also started to build an army, suddenly both started to attack me and the entered and divided my army. My structures were on that big area and the other army were behind of 2nd walls, but i lost

You can put the population limit to 200x or something, go to game settings when you have start a game.
