@VisualBoyAdvanceVBA O' I know, but sometimes I just get caught up in the moment. You know...years ago there was a girl who lived in my neighborhood. This child was ten times worse than Nellie. Her own mother was afraid of her. She actually broke another child's leg. Neighbors would not allow their children to play with her. That little girl was down-right evil & mean. Then in high school, she broke the bus drivers' arm because the driver told her to sit down in her seat.

And the fact that they did kick her in the shins was a pure sign of their immaturity. It's just a character that Alison Arngrim was portraying, yet people took it seriously. Not only that, but Nellie eventually turned into an extremely kindhearted individual.
Even more so than Laura herself. Yeah, I bet that comes as a shocker, but it's true.

O MY WORD...That Nellie Oleson is one evil, sinister child. Her eyes are blue, but at 38:07 her eyes are 2 black holes that are filled with danger...her entire face is evil. Satan owns her lock, stock and barrell. I do realize she is just playing a part, but this episode is scary and disturbing. Anna is a beautiful little girl with beautiful big eyes.

Damn...even the dog don't like that little bitch.

I swear...at 7:34 I want to punch that nasty, cruel, vicious little witch Nellie in the face real hard. I hate that kid. She is so ugly...inside and out. The nasty little wynch. People actually walked up to her in real life and kicked her in the shins. They should have broken her ankles.

Damn, that Anna actress is knocking it out of the park! Fantastic acting in the scene in Nellie's bedroom.
Nice to see Nellie get some discipline for once.
Melissa Sue Gilbert must have been ECSTATIC to get out of the braids for once!

Don't ever let someone bully you into something that's not right!

Couldn't Mary at least ask what's troubling Laura? Every time Laura woke up from a bad dream, bitchy Mary didn't even ask if she was alright? Mary was really a bitch in this episode.
GO NELS.....a few more of them woopins and maybe Nellie wouldnt be such a witch

@Boundwithflame23 Exactly. She could have cared less about that damn music box. Laura did learn something, even though her dreams were really out there lol. It wasn't right what she did, but I can understand why she did it. When you're really really poor, and can't afford such things, it makes you think. I mean look at her face at 10:25, she took joy and appreciation into something if it HAD belonged to her. Nellie treated it as if it were nothing, like she did with her other expensive things.
