Even using estimates as conservative as the Drake Equation there must be many millions of "civilized" populations scattered throughout the Universe. Pretty cool. And whether or not you believe in God there is nothing in the Bible that would rule out many civilizations. Why wouldn't "God" be busy "creating" since it's His main enjoyment? Let's all get along and whether or not there is a God the concept shouldn't be so divisive. Thoughts of a Creator would explain a lot of the order we see.

I read somthing it was called DOES LIFE OUT THERE REALLY EXIST? and it said that in the bible there is God and there is the fact that the book says that we are not alone and God dosen't exist and it says God is only in our IMAGINATION and he is and alien to us just waiting to be discovered and it also says that there's the fact that in the universe its like a digital world and if a star collapses or dies it rips a hole in the universe and black holes teleports you to another galaxy PART1
