A boyfriend:
is a person's regular male companion in a romantic and/or sexual relationship, although normally not in long-term committed (e.g. marital) relationships, where other titles (e.g. husband, partner) are more commonly used. The term "guy friend" can refer to a male non-romantic and non-sexual friend.
The private sphere:
is the complement or opposite to the public sphere. The private sphere is a certain sector of societal life in which an individual enjoys a degree of authority, unhampered by interventions from governmental or other institutions. Examples of the private sphere are family and home. Martin Heidegger argues that it is only in the private sphere that one can be one's authentic self.
In public-sphere theory, on the bourgeois model, the private sphere is that domain of one's life in which one works for himself. In that domain, people work, exchange goods, and maintain their families; it is therefore, in that sense, separate from the rest of society.
Harry Lee Kuan Yew:
GCMG, CH (Chinese: 李光耀; pinyin: Lǐ Guāngyào; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lí Kong-iāu, English name: Harry, born 16 September 1923; also Lee Kwan-Yew) is a Singaporean statesman. He was the first Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore, governing for three decades. By the time he chose to step down to enable a stable leadership renewal, he had become the world's longest-serving Prime Minister.
Minister Mentor:
(simplified Chinese: 内阁资政; traditional Chinese: 內閣資政,Malay: Menteri Mentor) is a Singapore cabinet position created in 2004 as part of a leadership transition.
The newly appointed Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong (son of Lee Kuan Yew and successor to Goh Chok Tong), announced Lee Kuan Yew's new title together with the naming of his Cabinet on August 12, 2004. Before being appointed as Minister Mentor, Lee Kuan Yew held the post of Senior Minister (1990--2004) in the Cabinet of then Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong.
On 14th May 2011, Lee and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong announced their retirement from the cabinet after a watershed General Elections 2011.
Lee Kuan Yew was the first and only Minister Mentor of Singapore.
Sexism:
also known as gender discrimination or sex discrimination, is the application of the belief or attitude that there are characteristics implicit to one's gender that indirectly affect one's abilities in unrelated areas. It is a form of discrimination or devaluation based on a person's sex, with such attitudes being based on beliefs in traditional stereotypes of gender roles. The term sexism is most often used in relation with discrimination against women, but can apply to both sexes.
Sexism involves hatred of, or prejudice towards a gender as a whole or the blind application of gender stereotypes. Sexism is often associated with gender-supremacy arguments.
Satire:
is primarily a literary genre or form, although in practice it can also be found in the graphic and performing arts. In satire, vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, and society itself, into improvement. Although satire is usually meant to be funny, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit as a weapon.
A common feature of satire is strong irony or sarcasm—"in satire, irony is militant"—but parody, burlesque, exaggeration, juxtaposition, comparison, analogy, and double entendre are all frequently used in satirical speech and writing. This "militant" irony or sarcasm often professes to approve (or at least accept as natural) the very things the satirist wishes to attack.
Satire is nowadays found in many artistic forms of expression, including literature, plays, commentary, and media such as lyrics.

Ministerial Forum:
The NTUSU Ministerial Forum gives an opportunity for NTU students to gain information and perspectives of Singapore ministers on local current affairs. It also allows students to directly engage and interact with a distinguished (former) Minister of Singapore. This year, we are most honoured to have (former) Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, modern Singapore's Founding Father (co-founder), to share his insights on national issues close to our hearts.

You wonder what the fish kind of point LKY is trying to make.

@iori09 I don't know what you were watching, or if you were projecting your opinions onto the person asking the question, but she clearly asked what LKY thought could be done to foster a sense of belonging and promote social cohesion in the next decade. It's even there in the captions 0:26.
