I've always felt that Frankie Valli had the pipes and distinct voice to carry a Bond theme. Here's the opening titles to 1969's "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" featuring the Four Seasons song, "Beggin'," the darkest-sounding Four Seasons tune of that era I could find. Enjoy!

  • This song is sensational, also it seems to suit the credits well. Im a big fan of Lazenby despite the stick he seems to get. The more time goes on, the more people are beginning to realize just how good OHMSS is. Such a shame he didn't make any more. People say it would have been better with Connery in it, i can't agree with that even though i like Sean too.

  • This original is better than the re-edit

  • Funny coincidence- it's my favorite Bond movie and my favorite Four Seasons song! THanks!

  • I'm not too stupid to realise that this isn't a spelling issue, just lazy.

You were insulting peoples spelling, so I thought I'd work out that first. Once I had finnished, there were nowhere near enough 'remaining characters' left to get back to the main agruement.

You know, if you had actually looked at my first comment you'd have noticed that I didn't say anything insulting to you or to the dyslexic guy.

Oh and who cares what 'RexVox' said, his account no longer exsists here anyway!

  • GrandMasterMaceo, you fool. What's it like having Megalomania and being afflicted with delusions of grandeur?

I should have stopped posting comments to you when I realized that you're too stupid to understand that this isn't a spelling issue. If you had something to think with between those ears, you would know that.

  • Do you have dyslexia? I wouldn't figure.

Admittedly he made some minor spelling mistakes, who cares. You are making a fuss over something so trivial.

Obviously you don't spend enough time on the internet if you haven't learnt by now that most people on the internet don't care about spelling and grammar. This is something I'm also somewhat pissed off at.

Oh, and I'd prefer it if you wouldn't make such silly (and uninsulting) assumptions about me, someone you haven't as yet to meet.

  • GrandMasterMaceo - Whew, quite a name for someone with such a small intellect. What's it like being afflicted with megalomania?

I wasn't making fun of dyslexia. I ridiculed myk for making dumb spelling mistakes that had nothing to do with dyslexia, which he uses as an excuse for every shortcoming in his life.

If you read and understood the comments between myk and RexVox, you would have understood that myk is a know-nothing pompous ass who blames dyslexia for everything.

    (*_~)

  • Oh my god, are you actually making fun of the spelling of a Dyslexic? Do you even know what Dyslexia is? My lord, this is humorous.

Oh and for the record, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons are a Pop, Rock, and Disco band.

Although they also had a sound somewhat reminiscent of doo-wop, but they were never thought of as a doo wop quartet.

-It doesn't take much to be an expert on a subject when you have Wikipedia to back you up!

  • I DID read it all, myk. You didn't address ANYTHING that RexVox said, i.e. "The Four Seasons were formed in '61 and had their first hit, 'Sherry' in '62. They didn't sign with Motown until '71. That was 4 years after 'Beggin' was released. The few years they spent with Motown were largely unproductive because of a lack of support from that label. They were not a 'soul' group. Most of their 60's hits were POP/ROCK songs."

Btw, DyslexicBoy, learn the difference between "your" and "you're" lol

  • what the hell are you going on about? the comments i made are not directed at you you stupid freakshow! have you not red the whole debate? man you are dumb. and yes it was 4 months ago, so forget it dickhead

  • "Tone death?" lolololololololol - Thanks, myk, I needed a good laugh today.

Your comment is 4 months old, so I'm wonderin' if, due to natural selection, you're still with us in 2009.

Don't blame being "tone death" on dyslexia. Let's call it what it is.....it's just you being an ignorant dumbass. And if you insist on being "dislexyic," the least you could do is learn how to spell it correctly.

And btw, I'm not tone deaf.....actually, I happen to have perfect pitch, peckerhead (*_~)

  • well i do care. I like good performances. i don't like Madcon ruining this song and cashing in. Frankie rules
