he hasnt even been in office one year and those plans have been in effect even less time. I cant understand how an unbiased person could say that he is the worst president with so little to even to judge on. I think you are forgetting the atrocious economy and foreign affair situation that was inherited. ....and that the last president started an unecessary war in Iraq costing us billions of dollars and thousands of good lives.
