Garbology/Recycling - Dorm vs Dorm Sustainability Competitions

Encouraging recycling is an important part of the Eco-Olympics (as is encouraging waste reduction!). This event uses the study of trash ("garbology") to measure how well students are doing when it comes to recycling. Dorms receive points based on their garbology reading. Every year, Environmental Alliance has seen recycling rates improve in response to the Garbology event.
