I'd say to look like a completely normal pom (1 year). They do go through this cute and awkward preteen-like stage where their hair is sort of crazy looking. But then it's nice and puffy and soft at a little before a year.

He is so cute. I think that there is more going on here that just being plump. This pup appears to have patella luxation that is very common in Poms and other small dogs. His knees hurt.The cost is about $600.00 to $800.00 dollars a leg. My dog was acting the same way. It took a long time for us to figure it out. A vet would know.

Nope. No patella subluxation. She is just learning to walk in this video. She is a crazy puppy now and loves to run around. Thanks for the comment! :)
