Join Radio 1 DJ Tony Blackburn as he transports you back to Sunday 30th December 1979, (5pm - 7pm), for the best-selling singles of 1979. The Top 32 are played by Tony although the countdown does include the Top 40.

"Cool For Cats" is probably one of the worst songs I've EVER heard in my life! The lyrics are embarassing, especially the last two verses- the narrator deserved all he got!- but the tune is so catchy it got into my head and I couldn't stop listening to it for weeks- AAAAAAAAARGH!

Which numbers do you want to know?
I think Tony reads out the chart at certain points.
Also I normally write all the songs and acts in the tags in the box under the info.
Do you mean numbers 40 to 33? I think he reads that out somewhere.
