Thats nowhere near a rip off, it has similar beats and construction. But thats as far as it goes.

nobody ripped off anyone, feist actually came up with the tune when she heard the rhythm of some objects banging against each other while she was on a plane... something like that, I can't remember the story well...
anyway they don't even sound similar to me...
