The transmission/gear box IS covered in the 7 years.

@dododd2003 Gearbox covered without problems? Please, go to ask and I really wish you not to have any problem with its transmission.

And you should accept the problems with CDRi problems (See HD100 and H1) <-- These are the perfect examples.

@DtorBill man, be serious! i know this car very well, and the engine is kia indeed. the warranty is 7 years for the engine and the gearbox, and 5 years for the entire car; or 150000 km .. good options for the money

@DtorBill Usually the gear box life spam is the same as the car, hmm I'm commenting because i saw in general it is pretty reliable and i don't think kia are stupid enough to just give a 7 years warranty on a car that would get serious problemsand so far feedbacks on the car are quite positive, it is not like i like the Ceed or anything just that i find it quite brave the 7y warranty with a quite low price tag compared to the others car makers in the same category

@InitialDAmine The problem is, for example... the "warranty" doesn't include 'transmission', which is susceptible to get problems. On the other hand, just check the problems with the cars and mechanics after sold. You will get many answers with that.

I couldn't even buy a Kia... and I won't buy a Hyundai anymore... too dishonest the company... And this video is even ridiculous... that engine is Mitsubishi. People don't have even principles... Dishonest company...
