he is so brave. i'm 23 and i cry when i have to have an injection. i know how horrible NG tubes are as i was anorexic for 3 years. i had no family to support me so i am so happy he has a great dad and mother who obviously love him very much. my hope and prayers go out to u and ur family all the way from australia xxoo

@peaceloveartritis I don't have an exact answer, but Austin obviously doesn't just have the central line. Through this sickness, he would still need blood tests and other such IV's, thus the bandages on his arms.

damn dude thats sad hes so cute and playfull but yet so sick he shouldnt be in a hospital he should be at a park playing with his mom and dad doing lil kid things not lying in a hospital bed with such a illness i had leukemia as well when i was around his age diagnosed at 3 cured by 6 and if i can make it and be totally normaly you sure as hell will too =) get better lil dude your in my prayers

He's my little hero! I'm studying medicine and I want to be a pediatric oncologist...it's going to be hard (nothing compared to what the children go through, of course), but something needs to be done to save these children. The nurses in the NG video were amazing! Such a wonderful team and family he has! Best wishes!
