CEO of Innovation Investment, Co., Wei Hong talks about her path to success. As a child, Mrs. Hong learned about perseverance and hard work as a national speed skater. At the age of 20, Mrs. Hong left skating at and began her career as a job as a telephone operator. Her drive to succeed quickly made her rise to the top. She has held many professional titles, including Director of Harbin East China Import and Export Company, President of Heilongjiang Innovation Co., Ltd., President of Harbin Innovation Management and Information Co., Ltd. etc. Today Mrs. Hong is a high-energy motivational speaker and runs a network of highly successful Innovation Investment Training Centres for children, with a curriculum focused on leadership skills and success. In 2009, Innovation Investment Co. set up and opened 10 Centers across China. In 2010, the company plans to open and run another 30 centres, with an ambitious plan to open 100 Centers by 2012.
