Mixed Martial Arts centre (KARACHI)
Our main Dojo is located at the IDEAL DEGREE COLLEGE (lala zar lawn, near N.I.P.A chorangi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal) - and we train there on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. We focus on the "whole package" of MARTIAL ARTS, not just a fighting art, but a method of becoming and maintaining flexibility, fitness and general well being. Much emphasis is placed on the safety of participants. We do practice practical self defence and realistic options for personal safety.
Discipline and Respect are of superior importance, above good physical skills and fighting ability. We will also be training in:
MMA
Ninjutsu
Traditional Weapons (Stick, Nunchuks, Sai, Sword, Three piece etc)
