are you stupid
-
Mivillians09 do you live in the US or?
Because Rogers, Bell and Fido are providers /networks in Canada.
Networks are basically the people who you pay money to for using your phone.

ok i dont think thats possible cause when you get an iphone at rogers, it comes locked to rogers, if you get it at fido, its locked to fido and so on. are you on firmwaqre 3.1.3 or 3.1.2, cause 3.1.3 is currently unlockable. what i do suggest if you are on 3.1.2, is restore to 3.1.2 and do the process again

if it is properly unlocked, go to settings, general, network and make sure 3g is on. cause i have an iphone 3gs that is locked to bell, so that means i bought it at bell, not unlocked in any way, the phone loses signal when 3g is off
