The NON REBREATHER mask with a big bag is essential. The bag inflates from the tank when you exhale. I replaced the tiny one that comes standard. Start at 12 LPM, but with the correct mask and breathing, I uses 6 to 8 LPM.
Exhale COMPLETELY, then inhale counting to 10. Hold that deep breath for 5 seconds, then exhale counting to 10. The more Oxygen you get into your system, the more effective it is. It will lower your heart rate, blood pressure, and most importantly, constrict the blood vessels.
